By booking or using this website, you agree to these terms. A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to book. Remaining balance is due by the session date. Retainers are non-refundable. Images remain the photographer’s property; clients receive personal use rights. Images may be used for portfolio and marketing unless stated otherwise.
